Transaction materials may include property addresses, names and contact details of buyers, sellers, and other participants, contracts, deadlines, financing or closing information, and related documents. Our website and service providers may also process device, browser, IP address, and basic usage information for operation and security.

How we use it

We use information to respond to inquiries, assess and coordinate requested services, organize transaction tasks, communicate with authorized participants, maintain business records, support security, and comply with applicable obligations. Our team may use workflow and AI-assisted tools to help organize information and surface tasks; people remain involved in review and transaction coordination. We may send professional contacts occasional email about related services, subject to an unsubscribe option. We do not use this intake to enroll you in marketing text messages.

Who may receive it

To coordinate a transaction, we may share relevant information with the agent, brokerage, clients, title or escrow team, lender, vendors, and other authorized participants as appropriate to the file. Technology providers that host our forms, email, CRM, documents, and transaction workflow may process information for us under their applicable service arrangements. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the people involved. We do not sell personal information.

Data care and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We keep records for as long as reasonably needed for service, business, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes, and then delete or de-identify them when appropriate.
